Why we exist
CXAI exists because small businesses keep getting sold AI hype by people who have never shipped anything. We took the opposite route: we built our own products first — a CRM, a training app and an AI search platform — and we run them in production every day. When we tell you something will work, it's because we've already had to make it work for ourselves.
Behind that is twenty years across automation, RPA and AI delivery for large organisations in healthcare, government and telco. That work taught us enterprise discipline — security, data handling and access control done properly, not bolted on at the end. CXAI brings that discipline to small businesses at small-business speed and small-business prices.
How we work is simple: plain English, fixed prices, working software over slide decks. You deal directly with the person doing the work — no account manager relaying messages — and you own everything we build, including the code, the data and the accounts it runs in.

Working software beats slideware
You'll see a prototype before you see an invoice for a build. It's much easier to judge something you can click than something on a slide.
Boring reliability is a feature
Error handling, alerts, backups — the unglamorous stuff that keeps things running on the Monday morning after we hand over.
AI is a tool, not a religion
